Scott Miller CODX 5 years ago #37$CODX to clarify, Reagents, LLC is the seed capital that launched the ipo. The control person is Seth Egan, Dwight a part also. Seth is the communications Director for CODX. This filing simply shows a selling of shares by a debtor of the prior collateral, 25,000 shares, which satisfied the loan payoff. The important part is the filing shows the inside ownership of Reagents, LLC close to $1.8MILLION worth, is still intact.
