Picked up another 1k shares today at
12.40. In my opinion the bottom is
close or already in. I will enjoy
the dividend on the way back up
after the criminals in the WH
are put to sleep after the election.

When rates fall and they will after the midterms STWD will recover and move back to $18 STWD needs cheaper rates to refinance assets

What the fuck is going on here going
straight down

I think we see 15.30ish tomorrow
with support in this area. The dividend
should push 16.00. But I will not
be surprised to see this under 15
in the coming month

My opinion STWD is a strong buy and I own many shares. Interest rates will retreat and STWD share price will rise

I own lots of shares love the income from it because I am retired. Only fear I have is a div cut.... I don't care if it's 16 or 22 share price it's all about the Dividend. I don't think they have ever reduced the dividend. So it's not likely they reduce it in my opinion
