I fear that $HOV drew it’s entire line of credit because after their report comes out their line may be retracted. I live in one of their “active” projects. New business appears to be dry.

I live in a KHOV 55+ development in Florida that is about 1/3 complete. Although the last year has been busy, prospective buyers are now hard to find.
