Wall Street expectations for today’s results are between $111-112M and expected adjusted EPS of -0.29.

CMTL Board of Directors: You have a fiduciary duty with us shareholders. Where are you? Where have you been? Puppets? Show yourselves and do something!!

Also very displeased with Ken, these types of failures speak mountains about a company and this tells me he is not paying attention to detail. Not good. This is not the first time in recent performance in which they couldn’t get their act together in 90 days (90 days!!!!) to prevent another fiasco. I am fuming here.

If some heads don’t roll after this, ambulance chaser type lawsuits are expected. This is utterly ridiculous and shows total incompetence, how can people trust? Once again, heads must roll!

Extremely disappointed in the fact that counting today only two days left to issue report and company is total silence. No announcements of any kind, what are we to think? Certainly promotes thoughts that they will not file on time again. And if they do file on time, shame on them for not taking care of long time investors and do an announcement on when they will file.

I guess they are not considered accelerated filers therefore have until the 28th? Any comments?

No earnings call announcement as of yet, there isn’t an extension request either. It could be today then.

Viasat has regained its stock price to a very healthy levels now, there was always certain price similarities with CMTL. Why is not CMTL regained some of the value back as well as VIASAT’s?
