Do your homework!!! Iroquois has millions and millions of warrants priced at $2.75. Go on ChatGPT. And simply asked to go through the filings of $WORX and see how many warrants Iroquois and it’s affiliates hold from the July 12, 2024 $WORX financing Agreement. All the information is public. So it’s my opinion. Every time the stock runs warrants are executed sold and put more pressure on the stock!

Guys, I’ve been following $WORX for a while There’s only a 589,000 total shares outstanding. If you look at the filings and go on ChatGPT, you will see them about $2 million in cash. That’s $4 a share in cash. There’s only 589,000 shares outstanding if the volume continue’s and Investors hold $WORX could move up quickly. Just my thoughts here. not Investment Advice. $WORX being Listed on NASDAQ at 9AM This morning! Only 589,000 shares outstanding. My opinion is with the limited amount of shares outstanding, BTW, most of those newly issue shares are restricted so there’s a very few amount of free trading shares available. I would assume about 100,000 total shares. If people begin buying $WORX then this stock will increase rapidly in value. This is just my opinion and should not be taken as Investment of Advice. In fact, go on ChatGPT and it’ll tell you almost anything you need to know about stock. Would love to hear your opinions.

$WORX just completed a 12 for 1 stock split to regain it’s listing on the NASDAQ and now has 96,666 shares total outstanding. If buying comes in this could fly!

Reverse split eminent. Management’s is going to have to do at least a 25 to one split(25 x .15 =$3.75) they need to do higher than one dollar split because typically when stocks do reverse stock splits they sell off dramatically. Also remember, there’s about 20,000,000+ options that are exercisable that will push the stock down again. Go look at the $WORX financials o online at sec.gov. You will see why the stock has been continued to crash over the past 5 years.

WORX has had 23 manipulating run ups over the past four years, each, resulting in the stock moving lower from where it started the run. Unfortunately, the stock continues to be manipulated. But the facts are the company has to get the stock over a dollar by April 6. If not, they have to do another reverse. This would be the third reverse the company has done Iroquois has options to exercise at $.34 approximately 20 million options. Let the buyer be beware.

FACT WORX Management did one of the most toxic financing deals we have ever seen. Iroquois has approx 21 million warrants to exercise at $.32. As soon as WORX moves above .32 the Investors Iroquois could exercise their warrants for a profit. Additionally, the stock has to be over a buck by April 6. Otherwise they need to do a reverse split to stay on the Nasdaq. This will be the third split under the current management. Additionally, this was listed as one of the WORST preferring stocks over the last 3 years. Shareholders have lost millions of dollars trusting management. It’s incredible that the SEC allowed this type of financing to occur. It’s completely criminal.
