Offshore drilling contractor Seadrill is trading as a penny stock after being voluntarily delisted from the New York Stock Exchange.

Seadrill stopped trading Friday on the New York Stock Exchange and began trading Monday as a penny stock on the OTCQX Best Market under the stock ticker symbol SDRLF.
