$SCNI – @Richard Roma, you seem to have a personal issue with this company, and it’s increasingly difficult to separate your criticism from your apparent hostility.
The accusations you’re making are extremely serious, bordering on allegations of securities fraud. Yet you offer little in the way of substantiated evidence.
Scinai is a Nasdaq-listed company, subject to SEC reporting requirements and securities laws, and advised by an established international law firm. Its management and legal counsel are accountable for the accuracy of the company’s public disclosures. That doesn’t mean every projection is guaranteed, but it certainly means you can’t simply dismiss reported figures as fabricated because they don’t fit your narrative.
The company has announced material commercial agreements and financing transactions. Whether these translate into sustained operational and financial performance will become evident in its financial reports.
You seem determined to convince everyone here that $SCNI is a dumpster fire, even when the facts increasingly challenge that narrative.
My suggestion? Stop letting your apparent personal animosity cloud your judgment. Let the financial statements and operational results do the talking.
And until you have something substantive, factual, and verifiable to contribute, perhaps it’s time to stop spreading accusations you cannot substantiate.
$SCNI - “Management estimates operating runway to late 2027, with potential extension into the third quarter of 2028 as later project phases under the recently announced CDMO agreement are activated and delivered״. https://finance.yahoo.com/healthcare/articles/scinai-ceo-updates-shareholders-cdmo-123500956.html
$SCNI - Estimated runway to late 2027 under current plans and sales assumptions, potentially into 2028 with additional project phases. Optional take: less pressure to raise at unfavorable prices, more time to deliver results and attract long-term investors. Successful execution could put future financing on stronger terms and give @Richard Roma less to talk about. Let execution do the talking.
$SCNI - With a major contract and cash reserves in place, I believe the market will increasingly value the company on tangible operating results. @Richard Roma may finally run out of things to say. Vive l’optimisme!
$SCNI not much gapping today so still a top watch for most due to the size of the float
$SCNI @Richard Roma — an F-1 filing for a SEPA gives a company the ability to access financing as needed to fund operations and R&D. Registering up to 2.7 million shares does not mean the company intends to sell all of them, let alone all at once. Capisce?
$SCNI well that ended quickly
$SCNI chart is getting interesting for the end of the day
$SCNI @Richard Roma: I hope this serves you right. Suck it up
