$SCNI – @Richard Roma, you seem to have a personal issue with this company, and it’s increasingly difficult to separate your criticism from your apparent hostility.
The accusations you’re making are extremely serious, bordering on allegations of securities fraud. Yet you offer little in the way of substantiated evidence.
Scinai is a Nasdaq-listed company, subject to SEC reporting requirements and securities laws, and advised by an established international law firm. Its management and legal counsel are accountable for the accuracy of the company’s public disclosures. That doesn’t mean every projection is guaranteed, but it certainly means you can’t simply dismiss reported figures as fabricated because they don’t fit your narrative.
The company has announced material commercial agreements and financing transactions. Whether these translate into sustained operational and financial performance will become evident in its financial reports.
You seem determined to convince everyone here that $SCNI is a dumpster fire, even when the facts increasingly challenge that narrative.
My suggestion? Stop letting your apparent personal animosity cloud your judgment. Let the financial statements and operational results do the talking.
And until you have something substantive, factual, and verifiable to contribute, perhaps it’s time to stop spreading accusations you cannot substantiate.
