What’s the all-time high? I think it’s $14.30 … Not selling until it’s well past that.

15000 shares x $14.30 = $214,500

No reason it can’t hit and even eclipse that. We are much, much further along when that target was hit.

Investors & Traders HUMA is not down because of people shorting. It’s down because the CEO Laura Niklason husband Brady Dougan has sold 18.5 million shares of HUMA generating proceeds exceeding $60 million of shareholders money. Use chat GPT to confirm. Dougan’s Company Ayabudge LLC RETAINS 3.63 MILLION SHARES IN HUMA according to the publicly filings. So why would any sophisticated investor purchase shares of this stock, knowing that the CEOs husband who is a sophisticated investor and used to work at credit Swiss is selling his stock????? Additionally when the company needed to raise capital they had to go to three separate tiny brokerage firms. If it was a good company, then they could’ve went to one of the big brokerage firms to raise the Also the capital at two dollars a share when at the time Prior the stock was trading over $3 a share. I’ve never seen a company get approved by the FDA in the stock go down. There are rumors that this company will be sold. It’s possible but at what price I believe they’re burning around $10 million per month. The CEO is working on getting other products approved which confuses me because that takes a lot of Capital to do. I would first get their main product, Human Acellular Vessel (HAV) sales up to get the Company cash flow positive. Then work on getting other products approved.

Anyone that believes increasing the amount of shares for HUMA at this price is completely ignorant. The CEO soul purpose is to create shareholder value, which obviously has not happened. The focus now needs to be increasing shareholder value of the Company, Nothing else! Without the elimination of her husband, Brady Dougan, on the advisory board Serious investors and shareholders will not buy the stock. I spoke to many institutional investors, and they say the fact that the CEOs husband has been continually selling shares of HUMA stock is it absolutely insane and borderline illegal in some instances. So they would never buy the stock. Additionally, the fact that HUMA had to go to several low level brokerage firms to get capital, instead of one large institution additionally raise’s concerns.

Shareholders are demanding the CEO of REKR comment on how he is going to get his stock above $1 to keep NASDAQ listing requirements. The fact that the CEO is not communicating with the Company shareholders is very negative and creates uncertainty among its shareholders. The main job of the CEO is create shareholder value, and this obviously is not happening.

Does anyone know how much Ayabudge LLC, controlled by Brady W. Dougan, paid for the 72,087,724 shares of Humacyte common stock prior to the SPAC in the their early-stage investments in the company?

Let me set the record straight. HUMA tried to do the offering at a higher price but could not raise the $50MM. The brokerage firms had to bring the pricing down to two dollars in order to raise the capital. That shows there was really very little demand and none of the big brokerage firms would touch the deal. They had to use multiple low level brokerage firms.
