The management and CEO of $WORX did the most toxic financing deal I have ever seen in 45 years on Wall Street. Please take a look at sec.gov and go to WORX and look at their filings. This financing deal is going to force $WORX management to do a reverse split or get listed. If they do a reverse split it’s gonna have to be at least 10 for one in my opinion after the reverse the stock will sell off in my opinion, as almost every company that does a reverse stock immediately sells off. The dilution on this company will be immense as Iroquois Capital has to get paid back the money that they invested in $WORX. The Company continues to lose money. They will probably need to raise more Capital.

I believe I can explain why $REKR stock continually goes down after each rally. . Rekor systems $REKR established an an at the market equity offering facility in February 2025. See SEC.gov. The company set up a $25 million ATM program, giving it the flexibility to raise capital by selling shares directly into the open market. The ATM is under Northland securities and is active and available over the next 18 to 24 months. Please look at $REKR filings and you will see all the information regarding this ATM. What this means is the management of the $REKR could sell shares directly into the open market to raise immediate Capital. For example, when $REKR climbed up to $1.70 on great news, a couple weeks ago, the management could have sold 3,000,000 shares into the open market and raise approximately $5 million. ( I DO NOT KNOE IF THEY DID THIS, BUT THEY COULD HAVE DONE IT)At the end of the quarter the Company is required to file if they sold any publicly. The fact that the $REKR runs up on great news, and then sells off quickly, suggest managements may have used the ATM. The last time $REKR went up to $2.60, Management did in fact use the ATM to raise capital. That was the reason why the stock came crashing down. DILUTION! If you look at every company that used an ATM there stock usually crashes because of dilution. Wait to see $REKR filings and see if management was foolish enough to use the ATM.
DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!!! Management signed a toxic financing deal with Iroquois. See $WORX 8K. It’s all in there. $WORX needs to pay back a significant equity financing, over $2MM($WORX market Cap. Is $1.4MM) to Iroquois. The 8K which details the financing deal has what is referred to as a “Blocker”. That means Iroquois only requests 4.9% of $WORX shares outstanding at a time so they can sell there shares into the open market without reporting their ownership. It’s surprising the SEC allows this loophole but they do. So as the stock goes lower from the selling pressure, Iroquois keeps receiving more and more additional shares to pay off their investment. This is referred to as a “Death Spiral”.
Additionally, it’s public information report by $WORX that the SEC notified the Company that they are not meeting the NASDAQ Listing Requirements to stay on the NASDAQ Exchange because $WORX stock price is below $1 a share. That’s forces the Company to do a reverse stock Split, in my opinion. So if they need to keep the stock over $1 and they need to do reverse stock Split to do so, it’s my opinion, the Company will need to do at least a 10 for 1 reverse stock split. This puts additional pressure on the stock price because Iroquois has to receive Additionally shares to get their investment back.
Investors & Traders HUMA is not down because of people shorting. It’s down because the CEO Laura Niklason husband Brady Dougan has sold 18.5 million shares of HUMA generating proceeds exceeding $60 million of shareholders money. Use chat GPT to confirm. Dougan’s Company Ayabudge LLC RETAINS 3.63 MILLION SHARES IN HUMA according to the publicly filings. So why would any sophisticated investor purchase shares of this stock, knowing that the CEOs husband who is a sophisticated investor and used to work at credit Swiss is selling his stock????? Additionally when the company needed to raise capital they had to go to three separate tiny brokerage firms. If it was a good company, then they could’ve went to one of the big brokerage firms to raise the Also the capital at two dollars a share when at the time Prior the stock was trading over $3 a share. I’ve never seen a company get approved by the FDA in the stock go down. There are rumors that this company will be sold. It’s possible but at what price I believe they’re burning around $10 million per month. The CEO is working on getting other products approved which confuses me because that takes a lot of Capital to do. I would first get their main product, Human Acellular Vessel (HAV) sales up to get the Company cash flow positive. Then work on getting other products approved.
Shareholders are demanding the CEO of REKR comment on how he is going to get his stock above $1 to keep NASDAQ listing requirements. The fact that the CEO is not communicating with the Company shareholders is very negative and creates uncertainty among its shareholders. The main job of the CEO is create shareholder value, and this obviously is not happening.

Let’s look at the Facts. HUMA had to do a Capital Raise because they were running out of money. They are burning $120MM annually according to their last Conference Call. CFO Laura Nickelson estimated $7-13MM sales in 2025. Most Analyst believe $25MM plus. Most likely HUMA sales will be at the lower level of the estimate. Therefore HUMA will need to do an additional Capital Raise in 9-10 months. That’s a severe issue because they will likely have to do the raise with low level firm. The last raise was with the lower tier Brokerage firms. The next raise will be severely dilutive to existing shareholders. Additionally the CFO Laura Nickelson husband has been selling HUMS shares non stop. Look at the SEC filings. For the CEO’s Husband to be selling millions of shares of HUMA is absolutely insane! I’ve never seen anything like this in my 30 year professional Investing Career. In conclusion, I don’t see a way HUMA can survive especially with the current CEO Laura Nickelson.
