$FERD there exists a glaring and obvious reason why, after the blackout period of the quarterly report and annual report, insider buys have been nil. Imho, buyout offer in the works, question is what price. Reasonable to look at the most recent insider buys which occurred in august 2023 when dozens of directors and executives bought in the $60S. One could reason why no buys in the teens now is due to SEC rule 10-b5. Bought stock and calls. Looking for news at the annual meeting next week.

$FWRD all insiders bought open market in the low 60s in August 2023, except Garbrick, who departed as of yesterday. The window for insider buys is day 2-20 beginning the day the 10Q or annual report are filed, which would start today. Time for insiders to step up to the plate with some real investment to restore credibility, post merger.

$FWRD Garbrick was the only officer/director who has not had any open market buys since the original collapse. The unvested options should go towards people who believe in the story, and who buy the stock in the open market. Painful but probably best for this company’s welfare and sentiment, all things considered. Still think we will see form 4s filed in the next couple days.
