Vir Biotechnology, Inc., a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, discovers and develops therapeutic products to treat and prevent serious infectious diseases in the United States and internationally. Its clinical development pipeline consists of product investigational therapies targeting hepatitis delta virus (HDV) and other solid tumors. Vir Biotechnology, Inc. was incorporated in 2016 and is headquartered in San Francisco, California.
