Load up while you can, dividend payout compared to Apple is a steal. They beat earnings of last year by .09 during a pandemic. Cannot get anymore solid!

I don’t get what your all freaking out about. This stock is a steal, they sold some assets for cash money right now. Meaning they will not go bankrupt. Hell, they could sell all the assets and go bankrupt and this stock would be worth like $14.

Btw, only a very small margin of people cannot pay mortgages atm, and they will after this blows over. Also, refinance is absolutely huge right now and companies cannot even keep up with the demand. I guarantee this company will be fine and is probably beating any refinance records they had previously.

Source? I work at a private mortgage company and we’re are making record profits actually.
