Its second product candidate, GlyphAgo (SPT-320 or Glyph Agomelatine), is a novel, Glyphed oral prodrug of agomelatine, a clinically validated anxiolytic and antidepressant that is approved for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder in Australia and major depressive disorder in Australia and the European Union. The company was founded in 2024 and is based in Boston, Massachusetts.
