The $0.001–$0.002 zone is particularly important. OCLN has already demonstrated that it can trade there, so getting back above $0.002 with sustained volume would be much more convincing than a one-day spike.

🔥 The catalyst I really want to see

For me, the biggest confirmation would be actual OriginSpark dollars flowing into OriginClear, not simply announcements about Bitcoin mining.

OriginSpark’s own materials currently describe an offering in which 7% of OriginSpark Holdings is being offered for up to $5M, with the first $1M receiving double shares.

If OCLN can demonstrate that OriginSpark is raising substantial capital, closing mining projects, generating revenue/profit, and ultimately benefiting the OCLN parent, the valuation story becomes considerably more interesting.

🟢 My overall rating right now

Business opportunity: 🟢 7/10
Catalyst potential: 🟢 8/10
Balance sheet: 🔴 2/10
Dilution/financing risk: 🔴 2/10
Speculative upside: 🟢 9/10
Risk: 🔴 EXTREMELY HIGH

Bottom line: I agree with your instinct that OCLN is finally showing signs of progress, but I would call it a high-risk turnaround/speculation, not a proven turnaround yet.

The next thing I’d dig into is the most important piece: OCLN’s actual current share count, preferred shares, convertible debt, warrants and other potential dilution. That’s what will tell us whether $0.01, $0.05 or even $0.10 is realistically achievable—or whether dilution makes those targets much harder.

Absolutely. I dug into OCLN (OriginClear) with the latest information I can verify. My read is: there is a legitimate turnaround story developing, but the financial structure is still the biggest danger.

🚀 What is getting interesting

  1. Revenue is moving in the right direction.
OriginClear reported 43% year-over-year revenue growth in Q1 2026. That’s meaningful because the company is extremely small and even modest operational improvement can have an outsized effect on the stock.

  2. OriginSpark is the big new catalyst.
The company is transforming itself beyond its historical water-treatment business and is building OriginSpark, focused on making Bitcoin-mining investments accessible to investors. OriginSpark says it has strategic mining partnerships and is pursuing projects with low-cost power.

One particularly interesting project involves a claimed sub-$0.03/kWh power arrangement and plans to bring 100 MW online initially, with larger expansion planned.

  1. The market is already showing signs of renewed interest.

OCLN traded as high as $0.0020 over the past 52 weeks, while the recent range has been roughly $0.00040–$0.00090. There have also been several million-share volume bursts, including 8.02M shares on August 5 and 4.06M on September 1.

That is exactly the type of volume I want to see if you’re looking for an OTC microcap that could be waking up.

⚠️ But here’s the part I would NOT ignore

OCLN’s balance sheet remains very weak.

At March 31, 2026:

So the story isn’t yet:

“OCLN is financially healthy.”

It’s:

“OCLN is trying to build new revenue-producing assets while carrying a very difficult balance sheet.”

That’s a huge distinction.

💰 My OCLN price framework

Using the recent $0.0004–$0.0007 area as the starting zone, I’d watch these levels:
