meant to say close price of TDOC on August 4 (249.42) multiplied by 0.592 for # of LVGO shares + $11.33/per LVGO share. Didnt know how to edit post - sorry!!

isn't this simple math according to SEC filing - $249.20 (close price of TDOC as of August 4) x # of LVGO shares + $11.33 in addition for each LVGO share. Why is everyone making this so complicated???
