$JRVR good earnings! This combined with the buyout possibility/probability should project this stock price upward.

$JRVR need an update from the company on earnings day regarding the status of the buyout. A good offer is on the table. Would be foolish to not negotiate off that starting point. A buyout seems to be the only thing that can move the needle on the stock price right now.

$JRVR This is the weirdest action of a stock with a buyout offer on the table I think I have seen. A buyout offer for $15 ($6 above the current price). A M&A firm hired to actively pursue a buyout signalling an intention to accept some form of buyout. Most would say that $15 may even be too low an offer given the stock price is probably radically underpriced. And yet we continue to go down. I don’t get it. I know I am missing something here. Just have no clue what it is.

$JRVR confused why the stock price isn’t flowing upwards. They received positive news on Fleming that should hopefully put that chapter behind the company on April 16. That should make the path for the sale of the remaining company much smoother. With a bid on the table for $15 a share already this should be flowing up. $6+ dollar gap between current price and takeover offer price is way too big a spread. I don’t get it. What am I missing? Is this not free money at this point???
