$CMCO why would you buy this stock?
$CMCO =cancer
$CMCO no response to investor relations emails. No surprise for this gem.
$CMCO institutional revenge shorting. Burned $700 million off market cap. Genius
$CMCO legal scrutiny most likely forthcoming. Someone got paid here in this transaction. Definitely not shareholders.
$CMCO concerns. Shareholder lawsuit. CEO resignation. Revision of the convertible debt exercise price LOWER, causing more dilution than the original offer. CFO resignation. Akin to margining up your Robinhood account 300% to buy more stock in a market with valuations near all time highs. Genius. Not.
$CMCO https://ratings.moodys.com/ratings-news/437124 On review for downgrade. Shareholder lawsuit impending most likely
$CMCO if you owned a business doing 1 billion in revenue with no growth, and you borrowed 3 billion to buy another restaurant also doing 1 billion in revenue with minimal growth, you should have your head examined imo. This is essentially what theyve done, couple that with high interest rates and high inflation. Look for a shareholder lawsuit, a legal battle with the mergee, years of wondering if the dice roll will payoff. I think the board got schooled by private equity and investment bankers. I did invest a little at 22$ hoping they somehow get out of the deal, in which case should retrace to above book or more, +30$ish imo. Most likely though, like FWRD Forward Air, wont be fun to hold for a while.
