The investment seeks to link the price return version of the ISE High Income™ Index. The Securities are senior unsecured debt securities issued by UBS AG (“UBS”). The Securities provide a monthly compounded two times leveraged long exposure to the performance of the Index, reduced by the Accrued Fees. The index measures the performance of 30 U.S. closed-end funds, as selected and ranked by the Index Sponsor in accordance with the index methodology described herein.
