Do whatever you feel with the stock- transfer or hold.
Just remember one small detail: once it’s delisted because it doesn’t even pass the basic requirements for an OTC (great company isn’t it??‍♀️) you are done. Cannot use the loss on your taxes and if you make some nice gains somewhere else, the IRS will want its share.

So… take the loss and use it to offset gains or transfer for something…. Somewhere….

$BLSP Hey @Rayof808, I’m still waiting to hear if I can transfer my 10,000 shares (it’s all I have) from my TDA account & if there is a charge for doing do here in the states? Can you please advise as id like to help if I can but no funds as I’m disabled…so I need to know if I can help or not. ?

$BLSP Hey, Ray. I see lots of posts about transferring 50,000-100,000 shares to CT but I only have 10,000. Can I still transfer shares & is there a cost for doing so as I have no funds available? My shares are held in a TDA account in the US, if that helps. ?
