If anyone thinks it cant get worse that the current Anavex board you are a fool! I get being mad as hell but voting for PVG with zero experience getting a drug to market is just stupid unless your DCA is 3 and you want a buyout at 5.50.

You are not going to get a plan before the vote. Thats a no win either way.

If anyone is looking for a 6 dollar or less buyout then they should vote for PVG.

The Anavex board had the guts to fire Missling. Probably wanted to fire him long ago but didnt have enough to make it happen. Now we get two new board members. I dont trust PVG at all. They will likey sell the company off on the cheap. Exactllywhat big pharma wants. The science is good i will be voting white. Its the fastest way to approval.

Shutting down with 100+ million in the bank no debt and a drug that is basically derisked for ABC3 patients? Ok.....

Inst. Ownership going up, shorts covering. No denying that with brain volume preservation and ABC3 group highly significant that this wouldnt get approved at some point. No way that a targeted ABC3 study isnt halted halfway because of outstanding divergency between placebo and control groups. This is why I think we can do a 100million study for 50million and partner after midstudy look in.

I prefer that the Company keep quiet until such time as they have most or all of our major questions ready to answer. Turning this ship will take a bit more time. Relax

Actually you would likely only need 600 patient because of the target ABC3 population. so even less.
