Looks like if you exclude tariff impact of $161 million positive EBIT and $45 million negative interest expense impact you get $116 pretax impact of tariff or net impact of $87 million or 51 cents per share so non GAAP diluted EPS is 28 cents (79 minus 51 cents) beating the .22 cent consensus. They also beat in sales.
The issue is the guidance which is lower than expected.

They should report non GAAP to eliminate the tariff impact.

Huge beat and raised guidance. Expect +30% after hours.

The stock is trading at 4.0 times EV/EBITDA… just buy and hold see you at 30$ by year end.

Guidance for $610-630 million EBITDA company with zero net debt… traded at 5 times EBITDA and now down 10% so ~4.5 times 2026 EBITDA very very cheap. Should be traded at least 8 times EV/EBITDA.

Good luck tomorrow.

Earnings will be good. They will definitely raise guidance. I hope they will also get back the tariffs (this could be material amounts).

Traded at 10 time 2026 EPS - very cheap.

Good report. Guidance was just ok not great because they kept tariff same like 2025 but we know now it will be only 15% and they have a buffer of ~20 cents per share in the 2026 guidance (should be $1.90 not $1.70 EPS).
They are conservative.
I believe It will recover soon.

They are conservative in their 2026 tariffs assumptions.
