Are we going 2 loose all money or any hope?

I have 100k plus shares, I am in planning to file a lawsuit against the culprit management. I am also the part of owner of this company and without the shareholders conscent no one has a right to take any decisions.

In other words what’s ever the Victoria Gold properties, every shareholders are the owner. Any thought?
