The index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index that is maintained and calculated by Morningstar, Inc. (Morningstar or index provider). The underlying index includes large- and mid-capitalization stocks representing the top 85% of the investable universe (i.e., U.S. equity market) by float-adjusted market capitalization. The fund is non-diversified.
