Per 10-Q filing from SEC:

The consummation of the transactions contemplated by the Business Combination Agreement is subject to approval of our shareholders and the satisfaction of other customary closing conditions. The Outside Date under (and as defined in) the Business Combination Agreement has been automatically extended to 240 days from 210 days as a result of Volta’s non-delivery of its PCAOB Financial Statements (as defined in the Business Combination Agreement) within the 90-day period following execution of the Business Combination Agreement. The transactions are expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2021.

This is happening but was extended until August of 2021 due to limitations of COVID-19
