Invesco Global Revenue ETF RGLB

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the OFI Revenue Weighted Global Index (the "underlying index"). The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the securities of companies included in the underlying index. The underlying index is constructed using a rules-based methodology that re-weights the constituent securities of the MSCI ACWI Index (the "parent index") according to the revenue earned by the companies in the parent index, subject to a maximum 5% per company weighting.
