In 2018, when RFP dropped to this level, lumber was 400$ (vs 1500 spot prices now), RFP had more debt, more shares, and less production capacity. For those saying “the market is forward looking”Publicly traded Homebuilders’ backlogs at record levels meaning historically elevated demand will be up well into 2022 and Harvard projecting renovations to increase in 2022. This is a stupid overreaction. Looking forward to the fall rally.
