Correct me if I’m wrong. $QFTA has $0.25B market cap now. If it will only retain 12.6% combined company, the combined one has $1.98 B market cap now, which is still much less than $HOOD’s $36.6B, though QFTA should retain 20% combined company, still very very cheap!!!

The merge is confirmed, now $1.5 B, go to $15 B easily
