Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in a portfolio of preferred and debt securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, including traditional preferred securities. The fund may invest over 25% of its net assets in the financials sector, which is comprised of the bank, diversified financials, real estate and insurance industries.
