Guy Two NEOM 5 years ago #1Please do your DD on NEOM. Start with a simple google search of Yorkville Advisors/Cornell Capital. PIPE financing hedge fund that specialized in toxic death spiral financing. Multiple splits and dilution of Neomedia, strangled the company for years. They eventually seized all assets and put NEOM out of business in 2016. YA called the $43M in debt. They then transferred all patent ownership to a YA Global LLC.
Someone has an interest in selling these shares.....
