I don’t think going private is an option. They would have problems with the creditors. They would still have six hundred million in debt to deal with, and they would probably use almost all their cash to get it done. They need to preserve as much cash as possible, to get the insulin to market. I don’t believe the shareholders would just rollover and take 70 cents a share.

Totally manipulated and oversold. Insulin passed their studies, and now being prepared for filing. This item has a good chance of being fast tracked, and if it is, we could see an early 2024 product launch. Yes they are refinancing, but they should have an easier time, now that insulin looks really promising. I’m still a believer!!!

Insulin isn’t dead for them!! That’s a fact!!! The two that they are working on, are not being discounted. If you do some research, you will find, that very little will be discounted. They’re still on tract to launch, the biggest product of their existence

This is not the insulin lannett is launching, and 35 dollars isn’t for everyone. Still betting strong here, and surfer dude, can go fuck off

I 100% disagree with your analysis about Crew. I agree he hasn’t delivered on time, but I believe all the delays are completely out of his control. Tim took on this turnaround after Arthur left us with over 800 million in debt, and an empty pipeline, it was a big mountain to climb. Tim had a five year plan, to get lannett to a billion dollar company, and I believe he will do this, just a few years behind schedule. Unfortunately, covid took a toll on his ability to keep things on time. The good news is, insulin should be released within 12-18 months, and the second Insulin product, just 12 months after. All testing to date looks great, with the first product filing, just a few months away. This with be a billion dollar plus company, with two years

Let’s wait and see what surfer has to say.

As it gets closer to launch of their insulin, this will explode. If they get the first one, ( and they seem to be very optimistic) than, I believe the second one will launch as well. This stock will absolutely fly.

Solid!!! With less cash burn, they should be able to get the two insulin products to the market, without any cash issues

I’m not overly excited about the split, but I’m sure it needed to be done. They obviously need to stay compliant on the terms of their bond holders. I’m sure that had a lot to do with this decision. Bottom line, they just need to deliver on insulin. If they do, than all this is no big deal.

Well, I guess they will now stay on the NYSE for the time being. Bottom line, if they get Insulin , ( and they’re pretty optimistic) we should all be fine. If they don’t get it, lights out!!
