Kiromic BioPharma (KRBP) said Wednesday that it has been notified that its common shares were suspended from trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market, effective Sept. 14, due to failure to demonstrate compliance with the exchange's listing rules.
The company said its shares were quoted on the OTC Markets Group's Pink Sheets platform and began trading on the same date under the ticker symbol, "KRBP."
