Can anyone tell me what will happen to our DMYD shares when the merger happens? I know the new company name will be NewCo NYSE listing will be GENI. Not clear on much else. Thanks in advance for your help!

Looking for some help. I read the SEC notification of the upcoming vote and subsequent steps for the IPO of Newco. Not clear on what steps, if any, are needed to ensure my DMYD shares are converted. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
