Debt associated with Arris acquisition is an anchor and is never going away bc they have no cash. The downward momentum will carry them back to the $6 range before rebounding again. Q4/Q1 is traditionally bad for CS in Americas and EMEA and economy is only going to make it worse. Good luck to any holding.

The debt terms are coming due around the corner and they have no cash. Can’t refi at the higher rates and nobody wants to buy them with the debt poison pill. Ummmmm. What will they do.

John Smith COMM 4 years ago #5

Company soon to being going under.
June 2025 notes $1.3B
April 2026 notes $3.6B

Anything other than a swing here is foolish. Negative cash flow, Carlyle sucking them dry faster than a prostitute. No money to pay off and risk and rates to high to refi.

Get your money and run while you can.

?yeah right, CS is has been sitting on $9.5B for 4 years now. For every $ they attempt to pay down, Carlyle takes back. The debt terms are coming due and CS has no money to pay off and with added risk and rising rates they can’t afford. Negative CF for 3 straight quarters, and stkholders deficit. They have 2 options, buy out or bankruptcy in attempt to discharge some of the debt. The boat is sinking. If you go down with it you are a fool.

Positive News? Lolololol Negative cash flow, $9B debt with terms knocking on the door. Your delusional. There only way out is to sell of BUs or go private.

John Smith COMM 4 years ago #8

They are not doing a reverse split. You apparently do not know this company or Carlyle at all.

John Smith COMM 4 years ago #9

Key word adjusted, they are still sitting with a loss and a decrease in cash flow yoy and zero paid towards the debt yoy. They still have a tremendous amt of work to do to fix this place.

Wishful thinking, BB builds, lol… majority of the braiding is performed in Suzhou, and any BB made at their Catawba plant is suffering from labor shortages, and jacked up material costs. BB customers are in a maintain mode and no capacity for anything new. Fiber is where their margin is and their fiber suppliers OCI and Corning are taking care of their own needs first. Going to <$6 possibly 5.
