Sell now or hold to $18. We know this will be sold and probably for less that $16.50. Not for $20 which was my PT. If you made money bc you bought the dip in March, don’t risk a measly 10% more upside.
Nothing has changed for real estate and there will be another market crisis for which $16.50 will look like a windfall.

As I mentioned earlier. Be careful. Run up with no catalyst...this is going to the 50dma and hopefully bounces off it and continues uptrend. This is in an uptrend now and is an investment at this price point.
