ASRT is extremely oversold
I don’t know if this class action lawsuit is smoke and mirrors or what but I called the two different attorneys and they say everything is pending it’s in the early stages and they just wanna gather your information in case there’s any settlement issued. So this so-called class action lawsuit might even be dropped.
I have contacted them directly with my loss is exceeding $35,000. The response that I got was that I would have a long way to go before any settlement whatever happened if it ever happened.
Way too many employees. Can cut head count by 40% and reduce overhead and increase earnings by 10 cents quarterly
They have too many employees from sppi, payroll around 5.5million. 80% of them can be reduced and another 10% of asrt. That will add 5cents to the earnings
Well that’s it never saw this coming. Haven’t sold and been holding for this for a while. Yes I was way wrong I lost a ton of money on this company.
