Went back to Austin to check things out. Looks like a ghost town compared to what it used to be. Tent cities everywhere. Hotels are empty. Streets are empty. Parking everywhere, which is extremely uncommon for Austin. Normally there’s nowhere to park, and you have to pay through the nose to park anywhere safely. ACC is in bad shape. Majority of their properties are in Austin Texas in West campus. I used to live in West campus. Now that students can study from anywhere, why would they live in West campus? Overpriced, over a mile walk to campus classes for most students, and VERY expensive parking. Future does not look good. It’s very sad.
And what a scam it is
My friends in Austin have already started investigating this scam.
Beware!!!
There are widespread Covid cases, and
It is a whole lot cheaper to just live at home and learn from home.
This is going back to the 20s.
There is widespread covid cases on all college campuses.
Im calling someone in Austin and that knows quite a few reporters.
This deserves an investigation.
They are painting a much rosier picture than what is really going on.
Price action alone is shady.
That report shorted try to spin bad news into good.
All I saw was decline, decline, decline.
Seems to me when the company is trying to cheerlead for themselves they are in more trouble than meets the eye.
They were on a downtrend before the pandemic. Why would they be on an uptrend during a fucking pandemic. It has done som much damage. Who’s buying this in the 30s???
