For those who may be confused after stocks split (for example, R/S) data is often not up to date.
So, no, ABML does NOT have a market cap of $6 billion.
Not yet.

$ABML New symbol is ABMLD. I think the new symbol ABTC won’t come on until up listing to NASDAQ, but I don’t know.
I hope they transfer the discussion board from here to ABMLD soon, as this is confusing, though I have never received any reply to a query; I use Reddit for actual discussion.

$ABML Masi - are you trolling? Your value traded up today by 3+%.

Todays volume is less than half of one percent of the new total of outstanding shares.
Obviously, many who want in or out can’t make their trade.

Everyone still angry at Ryan?

Kenny is correct: there is nothing inherently bad about a reverse split. The underlying fundamentals will determine the positive or negative outcome. Bed Bath Beyond tried one while in death throes, but ABTC is different, as the underlying fundamentals are positive: up- listing to NASDAQ and removing the restrictions preventing institutional investors.
We shall see.

I know many of you have calculated and dreamed of various scenarios.

Let’s for a minute use these assumptions:
Assume overstatement of reserves by 50%, so 7.9 million tons vs 15.8.
Assume Li prices drop by 50%, so $17,500/ton.
Assume all in costs and net resulting in 15% margin.
Assume 25 year mine life span.
Assume doubling of share count to 1,304,000,000.

Here’s the math:
7,900,000 x $17,500. = $138,250,000,000 x .15 = $20,737,500,000 divided by 25 = $829,500,000 divided by 1,304,000,000 shares = .636 eps annually x 15 PE = $9.54 share price.

Then, close the loop with recycling, etc.

Ultimately it comes down to whether or not you believe in the management, the business model, and the market/sector.
R/S almost always punishes stock prices. And, that could be the case here, too.
Nonetheless, I just added on this dip in the last 30 minutes.
The way I view it RM is beyond solid and he has support from major industry partners and government agencies. That’s not usually the case with R/S companies that build a stockholder base on PR’s and rumors.
Once (and if) “inferred” gets upgraded to “indicated” this stock explodes.
Once (and if) recycling transactions are announced this stock explodes.

I decided not to talk about stocks and make suggestions to friends and family over the last 2 years since a number of my investments were so far in the red. Prior to that stock market talk was one of my primary matters for discussion.

2 companies I’m heavily committed to are ABML and RYCEY. In the case of RYCEY my patience has already paid off and I’m in the green by about 100K now.

It’s more and more looking like the same will be true with ABML.

Will I “Jinx” myself if I start chatting up these & other stocks?

Anyone else having these sorts of mental health problems?

Like many I initially bought ABML in the $2.50+ area during the initial blastoff/Doug Cole cycle.
All the while bemoaning my (paper) losses I was very confident that Melsert & company had a solid plan in a growth business with nearly unlimited potential.
I’ve kept adding to my position and still need a big move upward for break even, but have no intention to sell any shares until such time that ABML is a known and owned entity by big brokerage houses and gets frequent mentions on media such as CNBC.
Unless electric devices can be primarily powered by materials other than Lithium, ABML is as close to a sure thing as any investment I have ever made.
No price predictions here. Just patience.
