Pump and dump continues. If the sleep apnea drug pans out it will probably hit $10 or more, before settling down at $6 or so. Perhaps a buyout offer. Good luck to all. But I just watch for now having gotten sucked in pre-reverse split of a few months ago. Do your own research.

I have 800 shares. Rather small investment. But, I’ve done a little research. No one on this feed is talking about the convertible debt, which is major real dilution. Nobody on this feed is talking about the reality that the patent isn’t held by the company that is actually trading, but by another entity and so getting the money into the company that is trading is not necessarily a simple process. And, this company has almost no cash and has a very large amount of debt and is bleeding cash. I understand all the potential positives, which is why I’m holding right now. But, thinking there’s going to be a move tomorrow or this week to five or $10 a share is a pipe dream and purely speculative. Stock is down almost 10% as best I can tell from 195 to 1.77 or so. Do your own due diligence.

Go back and read my post when they did the reverse stock split. This was completely predictable. This is a completely speculative stock, with questionable management, although they’re doing what they need to do to get this company where it needs to be, they’re not doing it for the people on this discord/post. The stock will be a home run if it is completely based on drug testing results and being able to come to market with something in the next year or two. Otherwise, it’s money written off as worthless and you move onto something else. Stop complaining.

Anyone that is saying this company is trading below cash value I would like to know what the amount of cash is at the present time. Not the last quarterly report. This company has $150 million shelf/S-three on file. Depending on how much they go to the market with and what form that takes, there is significant possibility of delusion. No idea if it will be utilized or not, but it’s out there. Do your own research and don’t listen to all the noise. This remains an extremely speculative investment and if the bumpers get a hold of it, it could go up quite a bit. The question is where is it going to settle in the next 30 days or so pending legitimate news regarding the not yet to market drugs in the pipeline.

I sold 2/3 of my position before 4 pm. I am anticipating that this opens down 30-35% at the new price pst split, and then I anticipate more dilution ATM. If I am wrong that’s great for Bulls and I still have shares. Good luck to all.

The reverse split should not be a surprise. It was one of several things that might have happened to this Stock to regain SEC compliance. Is the reverse split encouraging or a good thing. No, it is not. I also think that it is likely that there is going to be further dilution because after the reverse split, I would anticipate that there will be an offering or or something that will lead to raising cash because this company does not have a large cash runway if it’s going to truly turn into something. Maybe they can find a partner or merge but that’s pure speculation. What is in speculation is in order to stay in business they need cash and they’re not generating any from operations. I’m expecting that this stock is unlikely to go up in the short run unless there is incredible news. It is possible that it will tread water post split. But it is more likely that it will go down up to 30%. so post split before stabilizing. I’m holding for the long-term. If it goes to zero, then that’s what speculative purchases of small bio. Texas is all about.

if anyone is surprised by the reverse split news, then you have not been paying attention or you do not understand how companies that are small cap and in trouble with the SEC operate. This company will either be a big success one day or will cease to exist. That’s no different than what the situation was for this company six months ago or more. Totally expected as an option. I bought more. You either like the company’s potential or you don’t.
