They can simply ignore it all and keep it at a schedule 1 or simply keep delaying it and kicking the can down the road . Of course the sector will pop post legalization. It’s getting to that point that is the problem. The govt simply doesn’t care for the will of its slaves. It’s federal illegal so they can control it. They can’t legalize AND be funded by big Pharma.
Salvatore- your govt doesn’t not, and never did, care for the will of the people. They are political tactics. They dangle shit in your face and make you jump through hoops. They over regulate and over tax the hell out of everything. The market, like everything else, is corrupt and controlled.
H marks- KG is worth $37 billion. His $7 million dollar fine from the SEC represents 2/10ths of 1 percent, of his net worth. It’s 100% BS, 100% fraud, and I’m sick and tired of it. Worst of it, KG has been a customer of mine since 2012. And never once. Not a single time, has he, his company, added any tip or gratuity whatsoever.
