The lenders are no doubt that people behind getting rid of the president. I mean I’m sure that the lenders have been in there like a dirty shirt after they invested that money in the building the freaking gross space. They’ve been working to try and get the show on the road, probably since August of last year. Yeah the Scott guy was definitely brought into figure out how to get their money out of this company, no doubt about it that was his job.

I don’t think it’s unreasonable for lenders who have taken the risk of loaning money to this company would want to get their money out. They do rank ahead of shareholders, so I really don’t understand why we should be mad at them. They’re just exercising their fiduciary rights.

I think my first clue that I needed to get out was when they had renegotiated and extended the debt a couple of years and they promptly went out and hooked themselves i to building that greenhouse banking on the Florida ballot. I completely missed the President leaving in August. These two key things that said clearly that things are not being managed well. I betcha the creditors were PISSED to have been duped into an extension and have the money gambled away. I think they steppes and voices their anger pretty quickly after that which must have led to the President’s eviction. Wasn’t he a STAR!

They have been negotiating since early March. Just goes to show you how few options they have to really satisfy. I hope they can come up with something but it’s like to come at a price to shareholders. Granted, if they can keep this thing alive, there will be short squeeze which, probably, is a time to get out and sit on the sidelilnes and see what happens.
