Institutions are trapped in this stock by blindly following the analysis recommendations. Not really looking at the fundamentals of the stock.
This is a commodity packer and distributor with no future growth and a PE ratio of 27. The problem is that the PE should be 17 not 27, thus making it an extremely over priced stock.
MKC is a very high PE stock without growth or a meaningful dividend. This stock is overpriced. A reasonable PE should be around 17.
This is trading like a tech stock not a commodity stock.
MKC why over priced, PE should be at 19 or 17 not at 27
Sells off EOY. News too late in year and valuation already matches the purchase. Put in puts. Sell news. $MKC
