The company is NOT in business And has not been for years they are in absolute scam all of their last investors shut down the company took whatever money was left over claimed it was debt owed and disappeared

They sold all of their plants and the only thing they had was some sort of product they claimed help break down vegetable oil yet never once was it sold excepted or proven

This company and the founders behind it work for a different firm

everybody is going to lose if you do not sell this was pumped surely off of George’s scam of a reverse merger that got denied and never came true, he bought it a penny sold it all at $.80 and he’s gone

The whole reason there was any run was behind sharp doing a reverse merger with this shell however Meil they have retained ownership and they are doing absolutely nothing and when they were in business it was so fraudulent and fake nothing worked there And Michael Laporte is straight up scam artiest hence the reason why the company went out of business

Correct methes energies is active at the moment and they have zero revenue.

They have nothing operational but they are in compliance so there’s no taking over their shell so GS has nothing

Therefor the stock it’s not worth more than one penny

I’m not sure how daytraders jump in to play this stuff but clearly people do not have any idea what they’re investing in

This stock makes no sense they just showed you proof that methes energy holds everything active yet it’s going up

Methes is not giving up their shell. This will be denied. They have an Active license website and Twitter. They are still in the industry with a focus on biodiesel and Have until September to file any requested items for an OTC pink which is basically nothing
