Right now, pennies, I see ORIS as very undervalued: they just diluted with an offering at $0.46/share and it's only worth $0.14-$0.15/share. Absurd!

I just read this … suggest its accuracy should be confirmed before relying on it. …

LogicMark, Inc. (LGMK) is currently ineligible for the usual 180-day extension from the SEC/Nasdaq to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement. This is due to a recent rule change and the company’s history of reverse stock splits. Specifically, Nasdaq’s updated rules deny the 180-day grace period to companies that have conducted a reverse split within the past year or multiple splits totaling a 250-to-1 ratio over two years.
LGMK received a delisting notice on March 20, 2025, after its stock traded below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days and, because of the rule change and its reverse split history, it cannot access the typical 180-day extension. The company has stated it intends to appeal the decision before a Nasdaq hearings panel, but until the panel rules, LGMK stock will remain listed.

As for March 27-2025, CEO “Chia pet” owns only 213,483 shares of stock!

Most of you gullible gamblers/investors hold more.

Another reverse split and S-1 offering around the corner.

CEO makes $880,000 salary doing nothing except diluting shareholders with cashless warrants.
