For fidelity user, rights offering will be executable by Friday this week, they just got the info today and you will need to call their trading desk to execute. The rights offering lets you buy new shares @1.21, up to half of the existing quantity of shares you owned on July 16th. Each unit (1/2 a share ) will give you a half share in your account now, then allow you to purchase one share at 1.21 in 1 year, then another 1 share in 5 years at 1.21 in 5 years.
