They can’t do RS anymore, will exceed 1:250 yearly limit
Also SEC should invalidate the ridiculous and fraudulent convertible stock owned
Harry, can be converted in to 51% of the company. His share of the company never declines no matter how much the
company shares are diluted.
May be it’s time NASDAQ and SEC take
action and put an end to this fraudulent activity.
New NASDAQ rule which took effect in Jan 2026 allows only one reverse split within a 12 month period. How is CISS able to break the rule ?
they just had a reverse split in Jan 26 and two more reverse splits in 2024.
