On October 29, NUBURU announced that it had regained compliance with NYSE American's continued-listing financial standards. That's encouraging, but it does not erase the separate low-share-price delisting proceedings or the disclosure warning. 
My assessment: The market is punishing BURU because of financing, dilution, financial losses, and uncertainty about management's execution—not necessarily because the Tekne business has no value.
I would watch three things before adding more shares:
Whether the 20 million registered shares are actually being sold.
Whether Tekne begins producing meaningful revenue.
Whether the company resolves its remaining NYSE listing and disclosure issues.
I haven't seen evidence that the recent decline means the Tekne acquisition has failed. But I would not average down aggressively until the financial picture improves.

The biggest immediate triggers

1. NYSE warning — October 19: The exchange warned that another qualifying disclosure violation could result in immediate suspension and new delisting proceedings. 
2. Potential dilution — October 23: A filing registered up to 20 million shares for resale by existing investors. That creates a significant potential supply of shares on the market. 
3. Financial weakness: For the first six months of 2026, NUBURU reported approximately $933,000 in revenue and a $6.17 million net loss. Management also raised substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.
