I’m out, sold my 75k shares. Loved the idea of this company but Management did some seriously sketchy things. When they secured the $30M from Rothstein at $2.10 that was it for me. What a crooked deal that was. Glad I was able to get out with a small profit.

Best thing they could do right now is hire a professional CEO who doesn’t chuckle nervously throughout the presentation
