To me, this latest filing is clear as mud. I have no idea if it is in new rides favor or against them could anyone explain?

Anyone else noticed that on marketwatch.com the institutional ownership is gone from 62.3 287.3 since there webcast and quarter results were made public. Could be a typo, but I don’t think so. Check it out.

Something strange about a day with virtually no trades

There is likely a connection between Thursdays stock increase/volume and Tuesday omnibus

I will tell you who: those who see clearly that lordstown motors- now known as nuride- was savaged by Foxconn and that nuride will likely win a huge settlement for damages. take away, but I believe a very heavy financial cost will be declared by the courts. Hopefully there will be a settlement so there won’t be a judgment and then an appeal which could take a long time. Who knows but I think it is just a matter of time. That’s who.

The volume, actually, is a more positive focus point than the actual price change. I wouldn’t be surprised if the price comes down toward the end of the day because of profit takers but as you can see, there is a gradual tick every day. I believe there will be a settlement if not pay judgment. Actually, a settlement would be better because the judgment would bring more appeals and more time. I have to believe that Fox con sees the writing on the wall and they will settle for how much who knows. But a $500 million settlement it seems to me would be worth about $16 a share given that there are only 16 million shares outstanding.

They will. We have no idea what’s going on behind the scenes but for good reason. NRDE wants to make sure there are no lawsuits. Just take a look at all the stock shares the inside traders have bought over the past year. I have to believe some very significant negotiation is going on behind the scenes. If they get even a scant 300 million that would send the stock to 12 or $14 just on that loan.
Call me wishful thinking, but I really do believe something on this order is occurring

I suspect lots going on behind closed doors with Foxconn. Insiders buying up as reported by the SEC is a hint that there is optimism over Foxconn paying up big time. Just don’t know when.

When? All it will take is a court ruling or settlement with Foxconn.
Given bride basically gave a 2b factory to Foxconn for 250m, I believe there will be a significant settlement in NRDE favor.
Just a 100m settlement would take NRDE to over 6.
Do the math on what 1/2 b would take the stock price.

That’s a great question, C 172. Think about it! Why would they be buying up so many shares unless maybe they are very positive about a fox con outcome. Perhaps even a settlement in the near future
