Why management team came with the idea of a secondary offering and OSTKO? They should take responsibilities and explain it. They have destroyed OSTK. Wouldn’t the 2/1 split have been a better option?

I do not get why people keep selling the idea that this a $140-$200 stock and the next Amazon! It is crazy! No it is not... they ruined it going with OSTKO and an secondary offering. They had to focus 1st in the core of the business which it was very poor and inestable.
Yes, they should change the name, colors and logo of the company... it’s easy to confuse with Target and also it seems the cheap version of it.
